Our Senior AIDES Program places low-income seniors in community service positions that provide them with valuable training and work experience. Through assignments with our local nonprofit and governmental partners, Senior AIDES gain confidence, enhance their incomes, learn valuable employment skills and support their communities.

What does the Senior AIDES Program do for Older Adults?
Offers opportunities such as computer classes, GED assistance, ESL instruction, intergenerational activities and job skills training to older adults
Works with low-income older persons who are at or below 125% of poverty level
Places seniors in community service positions that assist local organizations
Helps older adults find employment by building job skills and confidence level
